Vol. 4 No. 2 (2026): Proceedings of 13th OpenSky Symposium

This special issue features a collection of proceedings from the OpenSky Symposium 2025, hosted in Norrköping, Sweden. Launched in 2013, the OpenSky Network has become a pivotal air traffic control data platform, boasting over 5,000 sensors worldwide. The recent symposium, held in October 2025 and co-hosted by Linköping University, received support from the Performance Review Commission of EUROCONTROL.

All accepted papers in this special issue have undergone the same rigorous open peer review process as those in regular issues.
