Abstract
Urbanism, in the Slovenian tradition, is understood as a situated and evolving practice that engages the city as a living organism shaped by cultural identity, environmental conditions, and collective life. Grounded in the genius loci, it negotiates the tensions between continuity and transformation, while increasingly confronting the material limits and forms of depletion embedded in contemporary urbanization.
