Journal of Facade Design and Engineering (JFDE)
The Journal of Facade Design and Engineering presents new research results and new proven practice in the field of facade design and engineering. The goal is to improve building technologies, as well as process management and architectural design.

The journal will be directed at the scientific community, but it will also feature papers that focus on the dissemination of science into practice and industrial innovations. In this way, readers explore the interaction between scientific developments, technical considerations and management issues.

For handling and publishing an article JFDE charges an APC of €500.
Authors can archive the pre-print and post-print versions of the work they have submitted to JFDE, including the pdf-version of the article (the so-called publisher's version) that is available on this website. Authors are explicitly free to copy and redistribute the work they have submitted in any medium or format and to remix, transform, and build upon the work they have submitted to JFDE for any purpose.
JFDE grants you the right to publish the metadata of the series, it's issues and articles under the terms of the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0).
Editors, authors and publisher adopt the guidelines developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
JFDE is peer-reviewed.
